November 7, 2024 − Titan N.V. has now completed the transaction with SPS Commerce, finalizing the sale of TIE Kinetix Holding B.V. in September 2023.
A final settlement agreement between Titan N.V. (formerly TIE Kinetix N.V.), SPS International, and SPS Commerce was reached on November 1, 2024.
