By combining the strengths of two industry-leading products, this merger opens up significant opportunities for international expansion. Both solutions are designed for sales teams, complementing one another and providing their customers with new and enhanced tools.
The company will continue to operate under the Seidat brand.
To support this merger, a significant funding round, led by Partinc, is being launched to fuel the company’s rapid scaling across European markets.
