April 8, 2025 − On March 28, Titan N.V. held its Annual General Meeting, where the shareholders approved a €1.38 per share dividend for the 2024 financial year from the company’s equity reserves.
The dividend will be paid in cash, minus a 15% withholding tax, unless an exemption is requested.
The ex-dividend date is April 8, 2025, with dividends granted to all holders of ordinary shares after market close the previous day. The record date is April 9, 2025, during which all shareholders of Titan shall be identified.
